ACS, in partnership with Argos Ingegneria of Italy, has introduced a PAPI calibration system in the USA.
The Argos Ingegneria SMF/PAPI uses a special photometric sensor head, to determine via a fully automatic procedure all the alignment parameters of the PAPI unit under test.
The optoelectronic sensor is driven by an advanced image analysis, running on a portable PC, while the elevation angle is measured by means of pure gravitational methods. |

ACS has designed and installed a frangible Localizer support system for Thales ATM and Selex ILS systems.
The package includes all frangible towers, mounting hardware wo the antennas and cable trays, brackets and mounting for the Distribution Units, and a maintenance system for the antennas,
Also included is FAA 19-E grounding system, Earthing system, and mounting hardware for the mandatory obstruction lights.
